She is the founder and coordinator of PEQUI (Brazil) which has been operating since 2018 based on democratic, community, and dialogic practices for people with severe psychological distress. The group is linked to the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), in the department of Psychology, and is free of charge.
Psychologist and Music Therapist, she is currently carrying out her post-doctorate at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Santa Casa de São Paulo (FCMSP). She has a PhD in  Psychology from the University of Brasilia (UnB).

Professor and Coordinator of the Graduate Course in Phenomenology, Clinical Care, and Mental Health at the Association for Research in Phenomenology of Paraná (APFeno) and the University of Pinhais (FAPI). She is the leader of the Research Group: Phenomenological Studies on First Episodes of Psychosis.
Editor of the Journal: Phenomenology, Humanities, and Sciences (ISSN 2675-4673). Member of the Work Group on “Phenomenology, Health, and Psychological Processes” from the National Association for Research and Graduate Studies in Psychology (ANPEPP- Brazil). Member of the governing body of the Phenomenology Research Association (APFeno). Member of the Laboratory of Phenomenology and Subjectivity at the Federal University of Paraná.

Currently participating in the Education through Work for Health Program (PET-Saúde) funded by the Brazilian Ministry of Health, which works through the partnership of the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS).
